- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient at Summit Physical Therapy in Oswego, after my shoulder surgery, for a fallen arch with foot pain, and more recently, after knee surgery. I was treated by Michael Cioci. He is awesome! He is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He is a wonderful physical therapist who answered all of my questions and kept me on track for a favorable outcome.
